Aarno Ruusuvuori designed Tapiola Church hall (1965) around a single architectural gesture, the window. The church was restored by AFKS Architects, completed in 2022. This series studies what the gesture does — and from where it is received. The light moves across concrete tile through the day. People do not wander in this space, they are still and present.
